These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how Bloom Korea (“Bloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) works with you and what you can expect when using our services. By using our website or booking services through Bloom, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Our role

Bloom Korea is not a medical provider. Bloom provides informational support and administrative coordination only. This may include introducing individuals to partner clinics or service providers, assisting with appointment scheduling, and sharing general, non-medical information related to fertility care, health checkups, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle services in Korea.  Bloom does not provide medical advice, beauty or wellness services, participate in medical decision-making, or act as a medical interpreter or patient representative.  All medical consultations, recommendations, and medical or non medical services are provided solely by the independent clinic provider or service provider you choose to work with.

2. Doctor consultations or third-party service bookings

If you request a doctor consultation or other medical and non medical services through Bloom:

• the consultation is conducted by a partner clinic, not by Bloom
• Bloom’s role is limited to coordination and facilitation
• Bloom does not control, influence, or guarantee the medical advice or outcomes of the consultation

Any decisions regarding medical care should be made directly with a qualified healthcare professional. Bloom does not attend consultations, translate medical advice, or communicate medical information on behalf of patients.

3. Fees and payments

Some services coordinated through Bloom may require payment (for example, an online doctor consultation fee, health check up deposits, or non medical service appointment deposits).

• Fees are disclosed in advance
• Payment covers coordination and access to the third-party consultations or services, not medical or non-medical outcomes
• Bloom does not guarantee results or suitability of any clinic or treatment

Additional costs related to medical care, travel, or accommodations are separate and are your responsibility.

4. Privacy and personal information

By using Bloom’s services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described below:

Information we may collect

• Personal identification, such as a copy of your passport or ID
• Health-related or personal information that you choose to provide (e.g., fertility test results, medical history, or information relevant to checkups or wellness services)

Purpose of use

Your information is collected to:

• facilitate administrative communication and coordination with healthcare providers in Korea
• support scheduling and preparation for consultations or services

Sharing of information

Your information may be shared with:

• authorized Bloom personnel
• partner clinics or healthcare providers involved in your care

Data security

We take privacy and data security seriously and implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information, in line with applicable laws and standards.

Email communication

You understand that email is a convenient method of communication but may carry inherent privacy risks.

You may withdraw your consent to share information at any time, understanding that doing so may limit our ability to support or coordinate services for you.

5. Medical and non-medical disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• Fertility treatments, medical procedures and non medical procedures (including beauty, wellness and lifestyle services) carry inherent risks and satisfaction and outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed;
• Bloom does not assume responsibility for medical decisions, treatments, or outcomes;
• Bloom is not responsible for risks related to treatment, travel, or your stay in Korea

You are encouraged to consult directly with licensed healthcare professionals before making any medical decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

Bloom does not act as a legal, medical, or personal representative for patients in Korea or elsewhere.  To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Bloom is not liable for medical or non medical outcomes, treatment results, or advice provided by third-party clinics
• Bloom is not responsible for complications, delays, or issues related to medical care, travel, housing, or related services

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of Bloom’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
