What you can expect from us
- We’ll check availability based on your request and get back to you within 24 hours. Since Wecostay doesn’t have a reservation system outside of Airbnb, it’s a bit archaic. But don’t worry, we’re on it and will secure your booking as quickly as possible.
- If the unit is available for your dates, we will be sending you an agreement form and bank transfer details to send the full room fee in order to secure a reservation. Please note that you’ll need to cover any transfer fees on both ends, though using a Korean bank account can help you avoid these charges!
- Cancellations are fully refundable if made up to 15 days before check-in at 17:00, or within 24 hours of booking. You’ll see the full details in the agreement form.
- Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation message with check-in and deposit instructions from Wecostay. A security deposit is due on your check-in date and must be paid in cash or via a Korean bank account transfer, which will also be used for the return of your deposit at check-out.
