What's included in basic fertility labs and how much does it cost?

The Basic Fertility Labs cost $289 USD and include a broad fertility baseline of ~50 biomarkers.  These labs cover key fertility hormones, thyroid health, metabolic and blood markers, vitamin levels, and clotting—what most doctors ask for before egg freezing, IVF, or fertility planning.   You’ll be able to review the full list of included biomarkers and line-by-line pricing through your Fullscript link before deciding to move forward.

Fullscript is a secure healthcare platform used by licensed practitioners across North America to order lab testing and deliver results safely.  Bloom works behind the scenes to coordinate access to fertility lab testing through Fullscript. We help you get set up with the right panel, and Fullscript takes care of ordering, payment, lab scheduling, and securely delivering your results.  Bloom is here to guide and support — we don’t provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Right now, fertility lab testing through Fullscript is available within the United States only.  Availability can vary by state and is confirmed once you receive your Fullscript link.

Labs ordered through Fullscript are self-pay, meaning they’re not billed directly to insurance.  Some people choose to submit receipts to an HSA or FSA for possible reimbursement, depending on their plan. If that matters to you, it’s best to check with your provider.

No. You don’t need a doctor’s referral to get started.  Lab requisitions are issued through licensed practitioners within the Fullscript platform, so you can access testing even if you’re not currently under a doctor’s care.

We prepare your lab requisition in the background. Within 24 -48hours, you’ll receive an email from Bloom Korea via Fullscript with: the fertility panel details, payment method, and testing instructions and next steps.  You can review everything first and decide when you’re ready to move forward.

Once you place your order and receive your requisition, you can visit a partner lab location near you, or in some areas, you may be eligible for an at-home nurse draw for an additional fee.  All available options will be shown inside Fullscript.

Most results are ready within a few days after your blood draw.  Your results are delivered securely through Fullscript and are easy to download.
